Russell,

If you go see Chip, stay away from the pickle juice...

It has been known to cause strange occurances and sightings

But do get a look at the Pickle Inn for some ideas, Chip has performed wonderful work on his little home.

Hey Welcome to the group! I am still a Newbie in Asheville, hoping to get a trailer soon and start to build. Let me know when you are in Asheville area. We get down to Greenville once in a while too. We can compare notes while we build!

Sorry for the delay but we been busy. The floor is built sides are done sides are framed in inner walls are in. Now its time to start wiring and insulating. I have decided to fiberglass the outside rather than do aluminum. Does anyone know of someone that has alredy done fiberglass? Just wondering if there is any specifics to look out for. Thanks Will have pics tommorrow.

Russel,,, there is a RV bone yard in Woodruff,, they will let ya pull out a window for a price or they will pull it out for a higher price,,,

also look in the manufacturers section of this forum,,, there are a couple in there that can supply windows,,

Thanks Chip my vent came in today so I have to go piock it up at lunch. If I use epoxy on the outer skin can I use the fiberglass matt in it to build up so I can sand it down nice and smooth and round the edges or will the epoxy not work with the fiberglass matt.

Russ, you asking the wrong man about fiberglass, epoxy or matt,,, I used urethane finish with spar varnish over it,,, smooth enough if ya 10' or more away,,,, there are some really good fiberglass workers on this forum and rather than steer ya wrong I will let them do it

time for them pictures bud,,, get out the camera,, dont make us get nasty,,,,,

Marine Epoxy Resin. Now what type of matt and how heavy is a question for the experts... ;) You might ask in the "construction tips and techniques." You are sure to get lots of replys there.

GirRdun and ditto on the pictures.. ;)
