I used a boxed waffle mix. Just add watter & oil. Not bad tasting. Only one stuck slightly. My wife who doesn't like waffles even tried one & liked it.

I am not going to make it to Deming. I have a picnic that weekend I am going to. I am also missing LaMay's this year to take my son on his first Cub Scout camping trip.
It is a Wagner 8 I got on ebay for $32 + $12 shipping. It is about 100 years old.
