Hatch is Now Skinned - More Pics and Questions

Okay Boys and Girls... Guys and Gals.. :lol: :lol: :lol: (Texans may like my advertising) :lol: :lol: :D

I promised a pic or 2 of the hatch starting to look like snow white.. :D :D

Well Ive got about a foot to go and the hatch is fiberglassed... :sweaty: :shake hands: :wakka wakka: Then trim off the extra on the edges.. 8) 8) Its almost Friday morning here at 23:55 hrs. I just got in so the photos were taken at night. ;)

Thank You Kindly... Follwing my work on the tear is like a Turtle entering a Greyhound race.. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: But its getting there.. I just hope the interior goes faster...I think I,ll enjoy doing that more..

Looking good Heikki. Take your time and it will turn out fine. This is a good practice run for when you build Number 2 :lol:

So now the Voyager awaits for the rest of it to be skinned in White.. :? :shock: The Fiberglass has been cut to length there and it still needs the front towbar spacing to be cut. Then the Bostik Gluing once more.... :lol: :lol:

Practice run heh? :oops: :oops: :? By the time :R I get done with this practice run you,ll have number 5 built.. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Your right though this is time consuming when gluing this material. It wants to slide of all the time before the glue sets. Which is also very fast in the heat of the sun. :cry:

WAY TO GO!!! :thumbsup: Now just get those pontoons on there and float that baby across the pond. :roll: Land at Ellis Island and you can take Interstate 80 all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge. :lol: Now THAT would be an International Gathering!

Looking real good Heikki, as a Texan I must say excellent choice in t-shirts. :lol: The more I see pics the more I'm itching to start my build, but that will be soon since I pick up my trailer this weekend. Keep up the good work my honorary Texan-Finnish friend, you are inspriring more people than you know.

I knew Id surpise the Texans with it... :lol: :lol: :lol: I also have a few pairs of Handmade Boots from Texas... :D :)

What kind of trailer are you pickin up? The closer I get to Getting er Done
the more excitement we seem to have.

The Cruise Lines will be heading out to the Caribbean soon so I can always throw a rope behind one. :lol: :lol: :lol:

But if I Land at Ellis Island I,ll have to change my name wont I? :thinking: :thinking: :lol:

Still a few more feet of gluing and them basic Finnish or Swedish words to go along with it... :? Then its trim time... wherever I can find them from.
