Tired of waiting for it huh! Well it is almost here. I have sanded the epoxy on the trim and will clear coat it tomorrow. :worship: It is very hot so...should dry fast.

I still need to make cabinet doors and inside trim. But it is campable as it stands. I also need to make a new hatch. It isn't falling in line as told. For now it is being ignored.

Miriam,
It looking really good! Your maple as trim really pops. It turned out superb. :applause:
So glad to hear it is now campable.
Hatches can be a pain  Hopefully your present one will work good enough for the time being.

Can not wait to see this trailer in person, it is looking good. When you get the hatch done load your trailer and drive to Yakima and help me build mine, I think I need professional help.

Hey del,

I hate to jump onto Miriam's build thread, but I think I will anyway. She can beat me about the head and shoulders later.

No degree in psychology, she's has her degree in social work, which is kind off similar. She can't come to Yakima, because as soon as this is finished, we get to start on mine.

The spalted maple is a wonderful choice.

And it's campable! YaaaaaaaaaHooooooo.. :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause:
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Thank you Martha, Del and Tony. :) Del I wish we could come up there. We could use a break from the heat. I forgot to post my light box I had to make. Boring little thing but it is cute..

Someone could just put a boring light in there, but I see a wooden piece someone took time and pride in to mount a light. Just my 2c.

Tony that is the reading light. I put it more on Mikes side cause he reads more.. Laughing (that's Miriam speak for I forgot to measure to find the middle.) The galley light will be florescent and I have a a battery powered emergency light for use at night so the bugs don't find me.

Chris, It is a box with two circle holes cut in. My sides won't allow for the recess.

Doug and Del, Thank you so much. Someday I will get really creative like you guys!

Too hot to work out but things dry real fast. The last bit of epoxy took all of 3 hours to rock hard. Oh yeah the humidity took a dive to 29%...

Michael your help and encouragement has always pushed me to do a lot better than I would have. Thanks for the patience, money and lifting and glueing and holding and drilling and first aid   :lips:

Miriam!

How have I missed the latest of your build pictures?!? Your trailer is stunning! I tell you what, the ladies on this forum ROCK! I wish there was a way we could do a lady's gathering where we could all get together and enjoy looking at all the great trailers.

Anyway, I LOVE your trailer.

Chat later!

Oh yeah---door almost done. I left gap according to some people who trimmed out with alum. I don't want to do that so I might rebuild this later!

Now I can get a nap!

Instead of rebuilding, why not just add 1/8 trim around the doorframe...save you from building new door.... ;)
