T@B handles

After months and months and months of moving my not quite done teardrop in and out of the garage to work on it now it is full of hand prints on the front. Has anyone made T@B type handles for the front of their teardrop? If so how did you do it or how would you make them.

You could probably order a pair from a T@B dealer, or try IKEA for LARGE cupboard handles, or maybe those black metal gate handles (paint them the color of your choice)

How about a chrome or brass bar running sideways across the front of your tear? Double duty as a towel rack.....

I've talked to a couple T@B owners and I think the handles are the favorite feature of everyone of them.
If I ever get around to building, they will be included.

Handicap grab bars. Wife and I have a little trouble getting into my 5x10 so I beefed up the roof spar at the door and installed an 18" grab bar at the ceiling. It helps old legs by using our arms to pull up. The commercial "Help I've fallen and I can't get up" ain't near as funny as it once was.

I have an extra I may mount it on the nose as I am able to pull my 5x10 by hand and have the same problem.

I also was thinking of some type of grab bars, but how do I make them match the curve of the front of my tear.

You'd probably want to mount them low and horizontal. A heavy poly strap might work well for pulling.
