Thank you Kevin. It was nice to meet after so long. Honestly it is amazing how much I forget we don't all really know each other on here.

:o Well we did forget to ask for the chocolate chip cookies.

Oh Dean---don't tempt me---but fish should not be ruined by anything but smoke or grease. Some day we will get to travel around and The Redwoods will be on the list. And it is nice to have a voice to go with the face.

The galley  did that come up? 8) No I think we were quite polite to Kevin. I did suggest that his brother, who is as nice as Kevin, build his galley first. :R

Phil and Donna it was so nice to see you too again. Jody nice to meet you even if it was for a few minutes. Wish we could have stayed longer but mornings come early around here.

Aunti M,
The galley is now a non issue... Kevin has decided not to have a galley.
Personally though, I think his decision was based on all the ribbing he's been getting about it.
My hunch is this... When the likes of Doug and others give up, Kevin will then build a galley.
I can't believe you forgot to ask him for some cookies... :o

Dean,

What is it about these darn cookies? Everyone keeps asking about them and Kevin held out on us and didn't offer us any.

I didn't even see anything resembling a cookie. And I would have liked it if there had been some for dessert.

OOPS, I knew I forgot something when I left home. Looks like you'll have to make it out to the IRG for some world famous cookies,

Kevin and Brendan came by our house this evening. We got to feed them some DO Enchiladas, they looked over the windsong took some pictures, and I would not be surprised if the windsong galley gets photoshoped into Kevin's trailer! Also we went by rickxr2's house to see his TD, (Rick sorry we missed you!) but Kevin did take some pictures of rickxr2's recently rebuilt Mobile Scout, and it is a beautiful crafted trailer. I enjoyed the evening Kevin you come back some time.

Thanks Phil,

The enchiladas were AWESOME, you gotta post that recipe in the recipe folder.  I really enjoyed the chance to check out your trailer, I remember following your build progress on the board. It was great to see it in real life.

I can't believe we missed all this! We took the TD to Colorado to a MINI gathering and set it up for folks to look at. Boy, did we get a lot of lookers and lots of questions. Any way, I am sorry we missed all of you. Hope we get to meet you all next time and visit with Auntie M and Uncle M, and all our local TD buddies. Kevin, so sorry we missed meeting you. And I really would have liked to meet Dean even if it was over the phone.
Sounds like you all had quite a time.

Yes, Phil, that is something isn't it. Maybe we can get the locals together and go some place to eat and visit. We would like that!

I think it would be fun some Saturday to park our trailers on the Bass Pro Shop parking lot and have a surprise show and tell with our trailers. If they run us off we can then go out and have lunch together. I wonder if that has been done before?

Bass Pro Shops some saturday sounds good to us. I think it would be fitting to nominate Phil & Donna as events coordinator for the Tulsa Area Chapter of Teardrops and Tiny Travel Trailers. Do I hear a second? :)

Phil I was just thinking the same thing about Bass Pro only maybe asking them for permission and maybe do a DO cookout also. I think they would really go for it, after all they sell the Ironware. We will go for it.

 I think they allow camping on their lot so they might allow a get together.
