Good after noon all.

I'm new to the forum as far as posting however thanks to my sister & her hubby (original owners of the Coca-Cola Teardrop), I've been looking at some of all the pics posted here for quite a while.

I'm in the decision stages of whether to convert a cargo trailer into somewhat of a toy hauler or to just flat buy a toy hauler. The trailer itself would have dual purposes. 1 to house my merchandise that I carry to shows and also allow me a place to stay in lieu of a hotel; and 2 camping/bike hauling means for when we travel to bike rallys.

I've seen some great pics of teardrops, tiny trailers and read some good ideas on things I might like to have. I'd really like to see more pics from some of you that have done a cargo trailer conversion.

Looing forward to reading & learning more.

Image to the playground GayNell. You have definately come to the right place. Though with your sister and brother in law---well. They make wonderful TD's.

I don't know what kind of merchandise you haul but you can make a longer TD and put the bike hauler up front like Elmo did..

Enjoy the plan and :pictures: :pictures: :pictures: cause it keeps the bubble oil level

Gaynel, a teardrop would work just fine for you if your merchandise is custom-made ear rings, however if you are pushing barbells or dutch ovens, you might consider something bigger and heavier.

I am sure there are a number of folks on the board that have converted a cargo trailer into a hauler that doubles for a sleeper as well. They are here somewhere, but I don't know where to look. Someone will surely chime in and point you in the right direction. Good luck on your search.
