Hey Del, I like your blog. It helps to understand how you are building the Jelly Belly. I know it is time consuming, I tried doing a blog, but it got left by the wayside with actual building and then posting here, I had no time left to keep it up. I plan on doing "something" after I am done building...I have a ton of pictures.

November is coming fast, with it cold weather, so I would like to get the floor done with its black goo before the cold sets in. Fiberglassing the sides without the fenders has its advantages. So...
Image
Since the frame is free its last time, time to weld the the spring perches to the axle and paint. So tomorrow it goes through the gate and to the welder.
Image
Yes I need a new gate before November, when the trailer leaves the back yard.

Thanks SamR.

I found you can have more than one person work on a blog. What I need is an editor, who's English skills are better than mine. I have a habit of leaving out details that would help a writing make more sense.

What I need is another human to read what I post and tell me what I need to work on, plus correct spelling. I know my writing is not the best, and it helps to have another person read it. I need someone who is not going to be nice to me, and just tell me whats wrong.

SamR let me say something publicly, thank you. I used your suggestions and it seems to make more sense.

Well I got back from the welder and got the trailer through the gate.
Image
Man I need a wider gate, what a PITA. The spring perches are now welded on the axle.

Now a question for everyone, do I paint the frame black and have it contrast with the yellow body? Or do I have it yellow just like the body, so the frame fades into the body?

Del, as far as I know, you and I are the only members of the 40" wide club. If there are others, chime in and be known.

Does this mean I can take off the "want to be member" and just put "member"? I figured I had to finish the trailer, and go through some uber secret initiation to become a member.
