:roll: Well how ya gonna prove he didn't just walk up on them? Did they mark the area? Is it in any way private? Is it against the law to watch someone taking a leak in public? I think any lawyer could get this guy off if he will just keep his mouth shut. :shock:

I could tell this was up North somewhere since down thisaway, he would probably have just been shot...I wonder as well, just how do you prove the guy was a peeper, if it was an open latrine on public land...
