How is the Henry adhesive applied?

Mikey...apply the adhesive with a notched trowel...similar to mastic...at present we are not considering any new orders until after the first of the year and even then, things are pretty much up in the air for us...if you are going to consider having a custom built tear done for yourself, you should budget somewhere from 7-10+grand depending on size and options....by the way...Steve Frederick or Len Dadonna are MUCH closer to you than I am...as are a few commercial manufacturers as well.........

...in use by members here, it has worked as well or better than most any other product...what size notch...follow directions on can...if you click on the search button in the top index and enter "henry's AND 663" you should get plenty of info from those who have used it...as I stated above, we float our skins...no adhesive......
