Elmo is this guy Polish? We can fix him on this end and I speak Polish and Ive got a lot of friends in Poland... :twisted: :twisted:

There is only one place he,d land there too.. 8) 8) Tellem that next time he comes to Warsaw Okechie Airport he better have had taken care of your situation... :lol: :lol:

I think that probally would have him a little nervous! :thumbsup:

I am not sure if he is Polish...I am thinking Indian...he kind of sounds like the guys I talk to at Dell.

Is that you truck in the avatar...I need more info please. I am thinking about getting rid of my 1970 Blazer and getting a 1946 Chevy truck for my next project. Sorry for the hijack elmo! :)

Elmo yes that is our Baby the 46...Been working on it for many years.
and a lot has been done to it.. all new metal all the way round.. it was a sweet running pile of suthern rust upon its arrival here. A lot of places with bondo and more bondo under a fairly new paint... :? :shock: :o

It sure looks a lot better now than it did.. but still a lot needs to be done.

Ahh yes a familiar accent such as at Dell.. ;)

Nice goal Elmo... have you found a 46 yet? 42-46 are pretty much identical..just so you know. Im keeping ours perdy much Original except
the upholstery and a 235 Engine... Instead of a 216..

When I,ll be done I dont have a clue... ;)

Haven't found the one I want yet...I have a good lead on one, but haven't gotten a solid price on it yet. Wife says one needs to go before the other arrives. So I am putting the Blazer outside with a For Sale sign on it tonight. If I get what I have into it I will sell if not I will hold onto it and keep going. Currently it is a great running project. I drive it everywhere.

what motor and trans does your Blazer have? is that a 70? Those are my favorite body style of Blazer!

1970 Chevy Blazer CST, 4x4, Turbo 350 Auto w/shift kit, NP205 Transfer case, 3:73 gears, 4" lift with 33" tires.

Hi Elmo,

A few years ago before I purchased/built a small bandsaw sawmill, some one had a problem with a mill purchased from one of the lesser mill companies. His mill would not align up and he fought it for 6 months with repeated messages back and forth to the company.

Finally after the people on the forum ganged up and started sending emails to company officials about the Looooong thread regarding the problem, a company official made an appointment, traveled to his location and settled the problem by replacing the whole mill with a new one. Problem resolved.

Point is, like Mary says, give us an email address. I might be interested in a product that would do what this is supposed to do and I sure would be interested in what the company says about the complaint I am reading about.

If enough of us sent inquirys to the management, I would bet said management might get real nervous.

If it went on much longer as far as no response I was going to give out the email and phone # here and at another website I frequent...they aren't as nice as the people here.

I figure I have more Durabak coming...I just have to do the work now. It sucks I wish I never heard of Durabak. I figure I have about 4-5 hours of work to put into it and probally $25 out of pocket.

I will do what I have to do for now and see if the new stuff holds up...if not I will be going a different route than I did this time. Then the gloves will come off.

I could be worse...right Sandman?
