Hmmm... Madonna is how old... sneaking up on 50? ...and she still isn't fat? ...and I think she can actually sing without lip-synching? ...and she is still popular after all these years? There is no comparison...

Britany... It was never about the music — Spears’ career built up on sex appeal. Her target audience was (is?) prepubescent teeny boppers at best... So now she is lookin a bit frumpy and kinda pudgy at 25 and is prolly about done career wise. It is the risk you take when you base your career on something a fleeting as your youthful sexy persona... In an industry that is always looking for that fresh new young thing anyway. About the only thing she is popular for now is the series of amazingly stupid stunts she has done in front of the paparazzi to remain in the headlines. I'm afraid she is headed in a direction that can only end in self destruction? I hope not... but that is how it looks to me.

Britney Spears like most popular "singers" today has NO talent and has to use sex to sell. If there was no MTV she would be nowhere.
It's so unfortunate that talented people get no attention unless they sing about sex or look sexy. Rap for instance is truly garbage but popular to younger people because all they "sing" (if that's what you call it) about is sex,getting drunk or killing cops. It makes me sick when I hear that crap.
I cant believe these grown "men" make "songs" like that, and young people idolize them, they want to be like them and the more crimes these rappers have committed the more they like them.
As for Britney Spears and people giving her a hard time about her weight, too bad! She is a millionaire with NO talent, If she doesn't want to hear people make fun of her then she should get out of the business. She put herself in the public eye and she is rich for it. I couldnt care less about her, She has absolutely no talent, sings silly little teeny bopper songs with no redeeming quality. She certainly is not an "artist" I dont care about any of these low class losers, except to make fun of them!
