Now aren't you happy you checked on your spam mail?

You are most welcome. I have been looking for it in So CA for over 6 months and could not find it.

When I was in Albuquerque I stayed above the city in the mountains where the Trailer Trash Bash was held. I had a nice cabin with private amenities, temperatures were 10-15 deg lower than the city and the price was great. Each morning I would load the dogs in the truck and go exploring the city a bit before checking in at Retro Restoration on the daily progress with my trailer. My wireless connection was not working but with a few phone calls to my brother I located the necessities... Trader Joe's & Costco. On my second stop at Costco I had a brain fart and decided to check on the sauce and lo an behold there it was. I had to share the wealth.
Last night I fed my other brother and we dined in the re-skinned trailer .... on Raspberry Chipolte lamb chops... wonderful. You will have to get your own meat.
Good dining to the Prime Rib specialist. :applause: :applause:

Dessert was something designed by a friend, my first effort and it was great. Split ripe peaches, heat them well on the BBQ and top with a nice sorbet, I used raspberry along with a few berries. She used coconut sorbet. (My other brother has tried ice cream but it was not impressive.)
Use a sorbet with flavor that counters the sweet peaches.

We get all of their sauces in our grocery store, and the Raspberry Chipotle always sells out! That stuff is sooooo yummy!! I have tried some of the other sauces they carry, but that one is definitely my favorite! I'll have to remember that you're a fan of that sauce Dean, and when I finally make it to a tear gathering down your way, I'll be sure to bring along some bottles of it for you!

Grill those peaches then drizzle on some of that raspberry sauce. You won't need anything else for dessert.

It might even make a good waffle syrup but it is too late for the SLO trekkers to try it out this time. I doubt they will have wifi in the boonies. :(
