And I'll repeat the comment I made on the fiberglassrv board - if you were going to spend all that time on the plug (US: 'buck'?) with the curvy corners and the recessed strengthening rib over the whole length (both big manhour spends), wouldn't you make doors that were the same size and shape as the holes in the trailer? Weird, though cute.
