Four Teardrops For Sale: Bellflower, CA (So. Cal)

Postby cuyeda » Mon Oct 01, 2007 1:29 pm

I am posting these pictures for Mike, and hopefully he will become a member in this forum soon. Mike is recently retired, and is clearing out the garage to make more room for future projects (more teardrops). When I met Mike, he was not aware of this forum, and some of the builds that others here have created.

I visited Mike and took these pictures for him, and looking for a good home for these teardrops. The main feature of his builds, he uses steel framing for both the walls and frame. Three of the trailers are approximately 5'x9", teardrop #4 is slightly smaller, and a tad cheaper on asking price. Galleys are basic, and ready for any customization you wish to add.

To see many more photos of these teadrops go to this album:

Asking $4,000 for teardrops #1-#3, teardrop #4 a little less.

Note: This is the first pubilicized info for sale. I may have to coach Mike on how to post on Craig's list, Ebay, or Recycler in the near future.

If you know someone that can provide a good home for one of these teardrops contact Mike: 562-867-7746, Email: [email protected]

Cliff,
Do you have any pictures of the kitchen and the bed area?

Thank you,

Dan, Chris,

The interiors are essentially basic, and I imagine with the thickness of interior wall Mike uses, additional cabinetry can be added. The same goes for the galley, basic galley area, personalized cabinetry can be added by the buyer. One thing I didn't discuss with Mike is the possibility of adding cabinets upon request. I believe the basic price is for what you see, and can be negotiated depending on which one is selected.

I hope that he joins the group soon (computers are not is forte). and can add a few comments here.

Mike sold two of these trailers, and has two left if anyone is looking for something to buy.
