They were super easy to build. The front part is actually a face,glued and screwed to the cabinet frame from behind (like when they put new faces and doors on your home cabinets). I just used 4x1 pine and butted the pieces together and pocket screwed them. The doors are the same way, rounded off the corners. Then I routed a little round on everything and a dado type cut in the back for a scrap piece of luan for the center of the door.

I was going to miter and fit all the corners, but decided to KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) which probably saved me a world of headaches!

It's hard to see from the pictures, but there is an open space over the top of the cabinets that is the width of the trailer. I left a little lip to keep things from falling off, I think it will be a good spot to stuff extra blankets and pillows.

That is another work in progress! 1946 CJ2A. It belongs to the little kid that was stuffed into the cabinet a few posts up. She is 10 and somehow bilked me out of my flattie. It's name is Clank. We rebuilt the axles, brake system, welded in a frame for seats, new carb, etc. It runs and drives pretty good now, considering it is the original, never opened up, flathead four cylinder motor.

I have both, I am looking to buy a second jeep, to start working on for my daughter. SHes only 5 but i want her to help me fix it up then ill give it to her when she turs 16, same with two sons and my unborn daughter
