Del....thought about the discussion about frame colors we had in the past....this one is going to be light green to match the wheels...why not? Only drawback...I don't have the green paint....lots of black however. You're doing yellow only gave me the impetus to do something different. Doug

The thought was I paint mine yellow and it doesn't stand out from the body, one attention stays on the body. With your trailer same theory only substitute green for yellow.

I should of left it off the frame till I was done sanding, oh well, I to wanted to see the thing bolted together. Not having to move the frame around when mowing is a bonus.

Warning, all purists go run and hide. Started putting bondo on. Don't mind the dust on the lens.

As the weather has turned cold And I remembered why I hate this heater. When it is cold the tank freezes up and the heater quits (silly me for using a heater in the cold).
Image
Any ideas on how to keep the tank from freezing?

Just my guess but maybe if you get it off the floor. 8) I have never seen a kerosene heater freeze up.

Not kerosene, but propane. The tank freezes and stops the flow of gas. Let it sit for a while and it warms up so it can work again, for a short time.

If you have not guessed I am still sanding.

I also started working on the entry door seal, got clamps.
Image
Went to the store and got more clamps.
Image
This is a spacer so I can put on a lip, to install the seal on. Tomorrow I should finish installing the spacer and start the lip, and more sanding.

You might want to add a lip on the lip to intentionally channel water safely down the side and not inside( like your cars trunk lid)...Water can get into the smallest places if it's blocked ... like gutters for doors...seal alone might leak somewhere..crumbs for thought...???
There’s no place like Foam !
