Finished the front shelf with a fluorescent light for the wife to read at night. Nothing fancy but it works. Getting ready for LCG ll.

Great upgrade Bob... I was going to put a narrow shelf like that and liked an idea I saw where they made the bottom of the shelf out of plexiglass.... clear, so when you look up from bed you can see thru to where your glasses or cell phone or ? is...

Looks nice, and will certianly be useful

See ya in just 12 days!!!!!

Hi Julie
Tom Swenson did the shelf with plexiglass.

Thought about doing that but took the easy way out.

Wife and I are looking forward to seeing you again.

Canuck
You can borrow this idea if you like. That's what I did. Believe me when I say there is nothing fancy about my camper. But it does have function.

These steps and flower beds are about as fancy as I get with my wood working.
