Thanks ladies, I am a person who if it were not for the last minute nothing would get done, so expect progress, but not a finished interior.

Thats impressive Del. Are you just gluing this skin on or are you stapling it on too?

Both glue and staples, the staples hold it in place till the glue sets. I am impressed with this build also, who is building it?

Fantastic job, Del! :applause:    Hope I get to see this one in person one of these days.

How are you gonna trim the plywood overhang? I'm guessing you have already covered this but I'm taking the easy way out and asking you rather than going back through this massive thread. ;)

I trim the ply with a mixture of voodoo and witchcraft.  Seriously I get a strait edge to pivot and draw the line, each one I had to invent a new way. Andrew's drawings included this curve, but my floor measurement is off (not Andrews fault, but the person who measured the floor width, by the time I figured out the mistake, it was too late), so the curves are slightly off.

And for Mary K and Auntie M (sorry Uncle Mike, you fooled me again)thank you and I will busy the next month.

To trim the hatch, the trick that worked was an eight foot aluminum ruler held at a 45 to the hatch, with a curve. A helper drew the line.
