Hate to say this, Heikki, but it's okay down in this neck of the woods. ;)

Cheers

It's working OK down here in Flada too... The only time I ever have a problem is when I have been running the computer for many days, WindowsXP slows down a lot sometimes. It seems some programs are just memory hogs and don't release the memory they were using even if you quit the program? A reboot always cures it though. Microsoft Internet Explorer is particularly bad about doing it... So I use Firefox and Opera browsers instead. I hope it speeds up for ya over there.

It was slow for me for about two minutes last night, and then it cleared up.

Heikki,

Can you do some testing?

Surf to a few other phpBB sites, in this country, and tell me if they are slow. Try pamplingrove.com and camp-cook.com for starters.

Then try with a different browser,

then try with a different computer.

It could be your ISP, a cross Atlantic cable, who knows...

Maybe you could run one of Brick's speed tests. Brick, where's that test again?

That's sorta slow, but that could be cause you are crossing the atlantic.

Try the Opera browser... see if that makes a difference...
