splicing plywood

Would it casue any problems(expansion, contraction)if I spliced plywood together with the grain going at 90 degrees to each other?
If I could shut my brain off, I could save myself alot of time, money and effort.

Think about it, plywood is already spliced at 90-degrees. I do it all the time.

We spliced a lot of ply on our TD and covered the seams with "utility" battens which are designed to mount other gear such as outside showers, flagpoles, and awnings on both sides...
