Does the Power Inlet Have to be on the drivers Of the tear?

Mine is on the other side. It is only 5' to the other side.

Bill, when backing into a site at the campground, the power pole is usually on the drivers side...not always, but usually...as small as tears are, it really doesn't make much differrence which side you put it on..........

It is your TD. Mount the inlet anywhere you want. Mount it where it is most convient for running the wire. Mine is under the body on the drivers front corner. That made the most sence for mine.

mine is also on the bottom in the front left corner
i just didnt like the way it would look on the side i wanted to keep it all smooth

Hay thanks you guys I just finished putting it on the drivers side ran the wire now all I have to is to conect all the wires to the main breaker box and I will be finished with the wireing then camping I will go maybe when I get back from Texas after Thanksgiving Thank you all for all the help, I would not have been able to do this with you fine people)

I would like to have a nice looking (chrome?) on the drivers side, mounted on the side. Does anyone know of a source for a high quality shore power connector that is something a little pleasing to the eye than the utilitarian ones from home centers?

Usually your favorite marine parts supplier will have chrome power inlets, or you can always seach ebay for chrome power inlet.
