I read everything and when they (the IT folks) blocked this site from me, I read their regulations and all of their Policy Letters. Well, I found the chink in their armor. I wrote a Memorandum of Justification on why this site should be permitted sighting both regulations and their own Policy Letters and what do you know…. I’m on talking with all you fine folks now from work. I love it when a plan comes together!
