Heiki,

Go to 'File'
Select 'Import and Export'
Highlight 'Export to a File'
Click 'Next'
Highlight 'Personal Folder File (.pst)
Click 'Next'
Select the folders that you want (I.E. Inbox) and don't forget to click the box for 'Include Subfolders' if it applies.
Click 'Next'
Browse for the location that you want to save the file
Click 'Next'
Select a name or except default, set password and/or encription type
Click 'Next'
Your .pst file will now be created where you wanted it and with the name you gave it.

Repeat this process as often as you deem necessary

If you ever need to restore that file, then use the 'Import and Export' again and import the .pst file your created.

NOTE: you can also use the 'archive' feature, I think, but I do not know much about it. A google search probably would get you that information.

I posted instructions for Outlook, but the basics should be the same for Outlook Express (I don't use Express, so I am not positive on that)

Hi Heikki!

I'm still here! Although getting the cooking forum off the ground is taking a lot of my time, I won't be abandoning this forum anytime soon. I like my teardrop wayy too much to bail out of here.

I'm also getting to the end of the semester in my cooking class and there is a ton of work to get ready for the cooking and academic finals. I have to develop a menu and practice cooking all of the dishes so I am ready for that final.

Here' a link to how Microsoft says to do it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670

This might be easier to understand: http://www.iopus.com/guides/oe-backup.htm

This is probably the easiest one: http://www.iopus.com/guides/free-oe-backup.htm

In Sept I did a ride at a spot aboput 2 hours away. Ended in the pouring rain, so I forgot to hit the end ride button. So my G tracked my stop at my SIL's work, a stop at REI, and a stop at Starbuck's. But I also rode 70 MPH down I-40. Strange numbers.

Foggy here.

I know school is out Thurs-Sun. Not sure about Wed.

You shouldn't have told us and just posted the ride. :R

I am sure it would have given some impressive numbers..

One of my customers had his own in a race he did this spring. He crashed in it...and knows exactly how fast he was going when it happened. .

I forget the models.. do you have the more specific one... or the multi sport one?
