I'm kinda getting to the party late... But, here's a Freebie I use to clean out the worst case Windoze PCs I run into...
It's pretty amazing to sit back and watch this thing run all the best spyware/virus killers one after another!
Works every time for me.

Hitman Pro is a freeware tool that combines a number of powerful anti-spyware programs in one integrated solution. In nearly all anti-spyware reviews, the conclusion is that none of the anti-spyware programs removes all spyware. A combination of two or more programs is recommended.

This is exactly what Hitman Pro does: it combines Ad-Aware SE, SpyBot Search & Destroy, Spy Sweeper, Spyware Doctor, CWShredder, Spyware Blaster, NOD32, Sysclean package. Most of the included programs are freeware. Some of these programs are limited trial editions of commercial programs, and the user can decide to switch these off after the trial period.

(In case the user has purchased that program, Hitman Pro will support the full version.)

Got it fixed! 12 hours with no pop ups. The best part is I done it by myself! Spybot search and destroy didn't find it to be a problem but there was a program called Internet speed monitor installed on my computer that I knew nothing of. I uninstalled it and there have been no problems since! back to undisturbed browsing.

Were you able to do it with "Add Remove Programs"?

To my amazement there was a uninstall clicky that came up with the link to the program on my desktop. This program was uninvasive and had no malicious protection with it. I guess I was really lucky! And glad it didn't end like this!:throw PC:
