Hey! I got the bicycle together

Postby MSG Hall » Tue Nov 27, 2007 9:46 am

I will try to find time to ride a little tomorrow. I have to go to the motorpool and get a chain to lock it up, didn't think of that until today. this Sunday I will take off and spend the entire day on the bike. I will post some ride pictures when I can.

thanks to all who helped me out with this!

Dayum, that's a fine looking ride.
I like how ya got everything put together 'proper' right down to the color-coordinated water bottle! 8)

How'd ya come in on the Overall Weight ?

(Sorry for the thread hijack.)

Hey LesterS, where are you "Livin' it Up Down East"? I grew up outside Greenville (never actually lived in town until I was an adult) and seeing the word "pocosin" in your .sig really brings back some memories.

Well I haven’t been riding much lately!!! It’s raining here and we have lakes in every parking lot and inches deep mud to walk through everywhere you go. Everything is a mess, mud mud mud everywhere…. But I really to like and appreciate the bike Lester!!!

Bike.

Bruce,
Glad you appreciate the bike. I (and many others) appreciate you wearing the uniform that represents our fine country.

That's right I said it. OUR fine country. (contrary to what we all hear on the evening news, this US of A is a good country.)

And Airnos...

Yeah I moved downeast in August '04, used to live in the foothills of NC (20 some years).

The wife and I like exploring and camping around here, and the shorter drive to the beach!
