Glad to see someone else back on this thread. Hope you had a great birthday and many more!! :)

At least yours is not too close to Christmas. Mine is just a couple of weeks after Christmas and I seemed to have gotten just one gift for both occasions alot when I was a kid. (Now, I just don't get anything for either)

Kerry our little man will be 3 on the 15th of December so his Birthday and Xmas sure will be nothing but a party .. 1st a Birthday, then Xmas and then New Years.

Lucky little man.. ;)

So Kerry you,ll have to celebrate with Samuel together..

Heiki,

I actually did not get the MRI. I stopped for coffee to kill some time on my way there and when I got there, I was not feeling well at all. You can not lay still inside a machine for about an hour when not feeling well, so I did not get the MRI that day. I have not rescheduled yet, I am taking anti-inflamatory and muscle relaxing medications and they seem to be making me feel bad. I have stopped them for a few days to make sure and with go back for the MRI after awhile.

The MRI is just to see how much (if any) things have changed in the last 4 years since I had the last one.

I am off to Physical Therapy in about an hour. We will see if that helps any today. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

That's probably more than you wanted to know, but thanks for asking anyway. :D

Kerry them back problems are sure aggravating. Swimming is a good way to keep the back conditioned too. Here they use that as one means of therapy . But ok it will never work fully for bulged discs or such but keeps the muscles in shape any ways.

We,ll say our prayers for our friend Toypusher too.

They do have a pool at the center I go to for therapy, but have not offered it as part of my program. Maybe I will have to ask them about it. What I probably really need is a good sauna in my basement to keep me loose!! (not sure the insurance would pay, though)

What do you think, Heiki??? :)

Here is 1 website in english for you to look at. Also one word of caution if you intend to build a small Sauna dont buy a chinese prefab. Poor Poor quality. There are a lot of them out there for sale but quality isnt what it should be.

Heiki,

Thanks for the link. I have to make sure my wife does not see it, though. She wants a steam room or at least a steam shower!!

Postby Ivar the Red » Mon Dec 10, 2007 6:21 pm

Hey Guys,
Sorry I haven't been helping out with our little thread here, I've been a little side tracked as of late. Thanksgiving, upcoming trip to Florida for Christmas, new video games, and sadly, legal problems for my son. But I'm hoping to do a little escapism here. Anyways, Kerry, I hope you're feeling better, and happy Independence day Heiki. And Merry Christmas to us all.
Johnny
