Man! and I thought not walking was a problem...Hang in there Gaelen, I'll be praying for you.

As for your quilt from your ribbons what a wonderful idea. I started to crochet a cover for the bed in the Inkwell and decided the cost of the yarn alone made it more expensive than purchasing a cover. So, I brought back the yarn and am searching for another coverlet. Besides that much crocheting and I'll need to have carpal tunnel surgery done on the other hand.

thank you, ladies...tomorrow morning they 'map' my entire body to plan the radiation. That should be fun...I guess it's like playing pool with radioactivity, so they need a 3D image of my entire body to figure out how to take their best shots. They told me it will take a week to analyze the pictures. Who knew?

Meanwhile, the storm last night wasn't quite as bad as advertised, but it's giving me a chance to stay indoors and work without fighting the other drivers on the streets. ;)

Gaelen and Aunti M: I am also sending my prayers to you both :worship: It hurt my heart to hear you both are fighting for your health. I have 2 beautiful friends who are also fighting their health problems - one who was diagnosed with breast "c" a year ago (doing good so far) and my neighbor, who just turned 50 (has 4 beautiful kids) and has been fighting for her life for 3 years now, only to find the "c" has gone to her brain. I have a hard time talking about it...I love her dearly. Please don't ever give up your fight - fight like hell!

Ok...Eunice, you will do great painting your trailer! I can't wait to see the outcome. Please direct me to any website with decals on it - I don't know why I hadn't thought about that.

Aunti M: Shame on you for scaring the bee-jeebers out of your sweet sister. I probably have done worse to mine, but she's 19 months younger but way too prissy when she was young...had to teach her a lesson or three.

I love tree frogs but the little suckers just stick to you and won't give up. The shirt thing was really funny because I thought it was a roach, not a frog, so I really freaked when it went down my shirt...I almost tore off my shirt in the front yard. My neighbor's daughter just happened to be in the back yard with her dog and heard (and saw) me dancing all around the yard and came running. She raised my shirt and the frog was still sticking to me. We got a good laugh out of it. Now I am prepared when I lift the cover.

Hi all,

I hope your Christmas was enjoyed and a blessing to all of you.

Now, who received gifts for their T or TTT for Christmas?

We purchased 2 gallons of paint. And my Mom is taking the fabric I used for the curtains and decoupaging it to the bottom of four clear glass plates. She made some holiday plates for me and they're beautiful. It will be another unique aspect for the Inkwell. Paul also managed to get the primer and first coat of paint on the interior. He's hoping to get the finish paint on this Sat. Allowing it to become a spare bedroom for New Year's eve.

So, what about all of you?

We got the insulation in the hatch so it should hold the heat better. Doors to the galley are nice but were letting the cold in.

My daughter and the kids will be down so we might let someone sleep in it too. Depends on how the heater does today.

Hope everyone has a safe and fun New Years planned.
