It sure looks like a Pleasant Valley Yoder Toter White Shadow to me..... a 4x8. They are made by the Amish in Sugar Creek, Ohio. Nice quality craftsmanship. I would say a fair price.

I didn't know they were made as far back as 1996, it may be a 2006. You might want to check the manufacture date.....
