A Finnish What Else do I build..

There is a thread where it states that What Else Do You Build..Hmm

Thats a tough one.. except the wife put me to a short course in making handmade chains out of gold and silver sooooooo.

Here are a few of the items I have done myself. Can this be called building?

Depending on the length it can take up to 3 days to make, all Silver is stretched, wrapped and links are cut and made by hand as well.

I do this once in the while for orders also. Very time consuming. Also
the links need to be Silver soldered individually.







These photos were taken before they were placed into a polishing tumbler.

The Gold ones look real nice, especially the 1st style of Viking Chain.

They make me think of 'Chain Mail" (sp). I just saw somethning on TV that showed how to make it.

Here are what they look like after coming out of the polisher. These were
just polished and ready to head to Switzerland. Here are 2 different size links on the chain.
The wife has made the special lock ends for these. I wont get into that part of it.

Im sure with time the wife and I can put an outfit together, however cant say when it would be completed.. ohh and if I stare at that photo for an example it may never gte done..

Well you could just let her model it while you put it together....nah, that would probably take even longer...
