We have a 14' Ritz and found a mom and pop campgrounds where we leave it year around for $350.00 A YEAR. While it's only open may thru october we do have water and electric provided during those months. We loan it to the kids and friends as well as for our own use. Now that we have Chubby we can double up. The owner just charges $7.00 for overnight and we will gladly pay it to have extra sleeping for us and guests.

Well...not to be a downer...but where were you planning to keep any tear that you built?

If you check around, you may be able to find storage for less than $60/month (although that's not bad), but it seems as though you're going to have to eat the costs of storing ANYthing for some part of the year.

Pennsylvania to Alaska God would that be a commute to fetch the trailer!

Sell that house and get rid of those snob neighbors. Move to the country where the air is clean and the sky is clear enough you can see the stars.
My yard is stuffed with trailers and vehicles and I must say I really love my neighbors they are way to understanding.

do you mean the top? it's vinyl/flexible stuff that was the cover of the old pop up that was on the frame.

the sides are 14" S lock aluminum.
