It's official
The 3rd Annual Beavers Bend Gathering is April 4th, 5th and 6th, 2008

We have the entire Buckeye section which consists of 30 sites.
This is the only section that takes reservations. The rest of the park is first come first serve.

So far I have 23 attending with 25 sites occupied.

Information:
We can not double up teardrops
We can have a tent on a site with a teardrop

So....those that plan to attend and will be in a tent do not need to send any money. The Buckeye section is spread out and there is plenty of room for tents among the teardrops. The tent charge is $8.00 per site and will not be collected untill Saturday.

I have 2 weeks to collect funds before I pay the deposit which is Friday nights fee.

Sites are $18.00 per night and the first night fee is the deposit.
Tents are $8.00 per night for adults and no charge if children only are occupying tent. ( I think I got that right).

Man Charles has a lot to do.....he is removing siding from the slide out and replaceing with something different so the slideout will have a different look, he also needs to buy his new flat screen tv...I need to get busy finding the right mattress and comforter set.....

I had my deposit all made out and stamped, ready to drop in the mail. Got out my calendar to write this camping trip in. Only to find that weekend already booked!! I'll be in Atlanta with our local high school band. I am disappointed.
And that's why I keep a calendar. I never remember dates.

Great job Linda. "Our check is in the mail." Only five open spots, better speak now or forever hold your peace. This is always a fun gathering with lots of good food and good company. A nice campground with several activities close by as well as a short drive to Walmart for those things we always seem to forget. We also discovered a really nice coffee shop last year right outside the park entrance.

I vote for just a sticker.... I am trying to get stickers or magnets from each place my Jewel Box goes.


And hopefully maybe have a little new bling bling by then! We'll see how the winter goes! I DO have some new jewelry though....
