Took down the christmas lights off the house, wife took the tree down. Now we have to settle back to a normal life  . I don't know about the rest of you but I really enjoy the holliday season, kind of let's you see people in a different way ( hopefully better :D ). Most of us try to get together with family and friends more so during this time and forget most of our problems for a while. Looking forward to warmer weather now but also a kid at heart, can't wait for Christmas :D . I hope your holiday season was as good as ours.

Nope not yet not until the evening of the 5th of January that's when Christmas ends, and the season of Epiphany (6th) begins -- that's when you take down all those Christmas decorations.

Dang. You mean I could have left them up a little longer? Don't know if I could talk the wife into it though. Oh well maybe next year. ;)

...traditionally, we used to leave the decorations up until the 6th...however, my wife(aka the poor girl) is a Christmas baby(born on the 25th) and she just loves all the hoopla and last year it was almost the end of January before she took down the tree...we will have to see about this year....
