It can still be a "gathering".

So, we still have sonetpro and R Whitley to accompany Steve H and Janie and me. (We are still planning to come - it isn't too far from the Hou/Gal area.) Four teardrops! Heck, we could probably all fit comfortably in ONE trailer site! :) That is until we start hauling out the Ez-ups and side tents and picket fences and lighted palm trees and picnic tables etc!!! Looking forward to seeing you guys there. Maybe we can talk some other folks into it. ANYBODY ELSE??? (Fishing should be most excellent...)

I'll probably be there. Somerville is one of my favorite parks. It has a great mountain biking trail (26 miles roundtrip), small greasy spoon restaurant right outside the park gate, and a nice recreation lake.

I may try to pull the camper/boat tandem to this event. Free boat rides to anyone that wants to ski! (bring your wetsuit)

I don't ski, but if you need an anchor...

Glad to hear you are coming, Steve. Looks like it will be a small group, but we'll have fun just the same.

About the skiing....I used to do that, but it's been a long time, and a lot of pounds ago. Just how big is that motor of yours?

Steve, I think he is talking about a ski boat, not a tug boat! :R
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

Karen, Glad you can come...it will be nice to get to meet you.

Steve, Fried turkey sounds fantastic. Just thinking what we can make that will go with that....how about we make mashed potatoes?

My reservations are confirmed. I live less than an hour away and have taken the 22nd off work. I can go early Friday and pick the sites for anybody that has paid reservations. Just let me know.
