How much would it cost to have AC installed? My husband and I are entertaining the thought of getting one soon. After all the camping we have done we would like a little luxury AC and a bed.

...the easiest retro-fit would be with a PetCool...they run about 300 bucks, are self contained and supply 2500btus of cooling and 2000 btus of heat... http://www.hitechbuildingsystems.com/HVAC/index.php

I followed Jim's build and supplied some answers during it's constuction and believe you would be getting a VERY NICE TD for the price...ya oughta go forit

It does look like a good deal but my husband is now entertaining the thought of making one. We will see soon whether he changes his mind. He is actually researching everything to see how much it will cost to build our own. If it's not worth it then we might buy. Thanks all for the info!
