Any one selling a cheap 5x10 or 6x10 trailor frame with axle? I'm thinking I will need a bigger TD to fit me and the kids

A very good place to look for trailers is Craig's List.
Likely find an old pop-up you can strip down and utilize the frame, plus other parts that can be salvaged.
