It's not.. with time.. age.. it will get worse.. diabetes..and heart issues.. it can lead to all kinds of bad stuff.

The only thing stopping me so far besides the fact that it's been friggin cold is being to tired to ride home after 12 hours at work.

Well maybe the cold is not the best "place" to start. It might be hard to start.. but very shortly you will find the ride energizing.. you will have more energy after.. vs being more tired.

come on Lisa..your a cyclist also... where's the pep talk?

What gave you the idea that I was a cyclist....ok, I was way back in the day, back in high school (there's that psychic thing again)....but that was a long time ago.
I do agree that it will prove to be energizing. Starting is the hardest part.
Perhaps I dreamt it.. but I seem to remember you talking about a ride..a while ago... and you even posted info from your gps. or at least linked us to that info.

Hmmm...don't think so.....maybe Max has learned to type?

ok so I am a couple of years early.. :o

dust your bike off... so you are not late. :D

I'm actually more of a hiker these days.

In fact, I'm trying to round up some folks for a long distance hike next summer.

Anyone up for a 72 mile walk in the woods?
