I always wanted a tree house, but that one's not quite my style.
Plus, I think I need to have a tree first.

That thing is incredible!
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

That thing is beautiful and definitly a cool idea.... Even got me to click on the rental ad. My eyes did the daffy duck thing when I saw the price for a night of rental.

I always like the idea of a big treehouse ever since the movie Robin Hood (the Kevin Costner one) came out.

Very interesting stuff though. I like seeing someone who thinks outside the box.

He is thinking outside the box, but inside the sphere!

Click on the Discovery Channel link at the bottom of his page. Four years to build the wooden ones, so he has switched to fiberglass. Has built 4 as of the date of the video. A couple of construction peeks in the video.

Thanks for posting. I was debating at staying at:
http://www.treehouses.com/treehouse/treesort/prclst.html , last year. We decided that my little dude is not quite ready to be that far off the ground just yet.
The quickest way to find me is on my business site. Yes, I do answer questions and provide quotes for free. Find me at: http://www.wenatcheefarmers.com

Thanks for the pics Bruce. That is fantastic! I always wanted a tree house and I was a Tarzan fan so that made it even more interesting. If the name Grani doesn't tell my age, the Tarzan thing should. I would still like one even at my age. I could climb it. I guess the TD is kind of like a tree house on the ground that you can take with you and enjoy any where you want.

Now those are really neat also. Guess I am still just a kid at heart. I would love to have one to just hang out in, use as a personal get away.
Thanks for the info!

Not too far off the mark, I actually had someone compare my tear to a birdhouse.

Saw a special on tv about this it was pretty neat if you got the $> and the right place to put it. I don't think it would look correct in the backyard tree
