I want to recommend http://www.pcpitstop.com. They have a free online scan to help boost your PC to it's best. It gives you suggestions to change your settings. They also have some software you can try and if it detects a problem, you can decide whether or not to buy and fix. It is very good software.
Also they have a help forum. They are very helpful. They don't just tell you to follow these directions and send you into the gates of hell in the depths of your computer. They will have you download a program (free) that goes in and does the fix for you.

EXAMPLE:
I purchased one of there software programs that will find spyware and adware on the PC. It detected a trojan and could not remove it. I posted on the forum. He told me to download two programs and run them. When I was done, I was to copy the log files that were produced and post them. I did. Then told to run my program that I purchased again. It updated and removed the trojan. Couldn't be more simple.

Give it a try. You won't be sorry.
Dooner.

I've used that sight on a few occasions. There are a few out there like that. I get rid of a lot of unremovable spyware for people with help from those sights. They always seem to have some little removal program that is just for what you need to get rid of.
