How can I change a Pdf format to a normal pic format?

or how do I go about posting a pdf file?

You sure are impatient!! I posted an answer in the thread that may work.

To post them here, you would have to get Mike to put them up for you. Alternately, if you can find someone with a server that will let you put them up, then you just post a link and folks here could view/download them.

You could use the 'snapshot' tool in Reader to capture what you want to post can paste that into a graphics program, then save as a jpeg or gif or whatever format you can.

If you have the fuil Acrobat application, you can save a PDF file as a JPEG. If you're just using Acrobat Reader, your best best is probably to just take a screen capture of it.
If you have PDFs that you'd like converted, I can help you out. Just PM me.
