Very interesting art piece! Were you able to find out any more information on it, like who built it? I wonder how the neighbors feel about having a giant art piece next door. :lol:

Back in the early 80s when I lived in Columbus Ohio (college days) I lived next to a group of art students and they used to do a lot of things like that. Now that I think of it they partyed a lot also. :thinking: Hummm ??? That fence does look familiar :thinking:
