I have a Laptop with MS Vista and use a Sprint Wireless Aircard and got 1236 down and 486 up. I checked at work this AM from my work computer and got 10019 down and 8732 up. Yikes!! How big is that pipe?

Slow by most people's standards, but way faster than the 28.8 dialup I had.

I've been waiting for about 15 minutes for the page to load. I think that means I'm going in reverse. :?

Here's kind of a good news/bad news joke...
244 download / 125 upload
I use Alltel's data network and connect my laptop to my cellphone.
Sounds slow but I can't get DSL or Cable where I live On the other hand it's way faster than dial-up...AND...it's totally portable...even in the TD!

6948 down, 424 up. Not bad considering there are at least 8 running computers, one of which is a server, and a couple x-boxes going right now.

got around 750 down and less than 40 up! :D

I guess I should complain that the connection's slow, but my signal strength is "low" (29% or less) and THAT connection is only 1Mbps. Oh and complaining would only make me have to change to the OTHER neighbor's wireless - since I don't HAVE DSL!

So it's this or dial-up. (Which would be about 49 down and 26 up)
(Hope the neighbor remains ummm 'generous'). :o
