What are the Dates on these 2 Lakes?

There are no dates because nobody has decided yet, when we will have them. Last year, they were the weekend before Thanksgiving and the second weekend in December.

Inks lake could be November 14-17 or November 21-23
Ray Roberts could be December 12-14th.

Sorry about not knowing everything or having the whole year planned out. I know that some people still think I am 'hot' but I am not in charge. I am just trying to keep the calendar so others will know what is planned. The date in the calendar is when we camped last year. November is still 8 months away. Hey, if nobody plans it, we may not even have a Thanksgiving gathering or maybe you will want to plan one for November somewhere else. Let's face it, reservations in November are not hard to get.

AUGUST ------

Okay , y'all know that everywhere in OK and TX and ARK for that matter, is hotter than in August. But that's what air conditioner and lakes and cold beer is for !

I'm checking out for possible places on LAKE TEXOMA (not the S.P., can't reserve anything) and make it a RED RIVER RIVALRY.

No it's not time for the Sooners and Longhorns but the state border runs right thru Lake Texoma and I'm looking at possibly Caney Creek, Johnson Creek, Platter Flats, and others.....

I made reservations for the weekend before Thanksgiving like the calendar said. I have never been to one of these get togethers, but if I can do something, let me know.

I don't know about camping. My trailer my never be finished and registered. We have two teenaged kids and money is always tight.
Anyway the wife and I (and maybe a kid or two) would love a day trip to somewhere within an hour or so of the metroplex. It would be nice to meet a few people and see some T.D.,s

You will have your chance in September at the Loyd Park gathering. It is at Joe Pool lake and at the December gathering at Lake Ray Roberts. Those should be within one hour of you.

Hey Keith, if my teardrop was at the stage of yours, I'd go up and get me some trailer tags, and slap a tail light kit on it and be rolling! Your teardrop is great! I hope you get to enjoy it sometime! Joe Pool is a huge beautiful park only about 45 min away. There are lots of places around here we can go!
