Hey spinnernut,
Charles is bringing his smoker. It is gas and has 4 racks with water bowl and wood chips in the bottom. You are welcome to smoke the port tenderloin if you want or if anyone else wants to smoke something it will be there.

Charles is bringing some of his cured and smoked pork ham.

CD, you think your car can handle anymore "okie dirt"?

Sure, as long as I get it washed off before it takes the paint off.

If my new grill works??, I'll grill some veggies to offset all you carnivors.

I am planning on bringing ingredients for a special recipe for macaroni and cheese. It is different than just plain macaroni and cheese and I hope everyone likes it. I will probably bring something sweet also, (not just my husband.)

See you all on friday.

Okay, since we have so many big meat items, I will not bother bringing a small portion of drum sticks and pork chops. I'll bring some yellow squash and maybe some hot-water cornbread.
