We missed you Scott and Sylvia

Some of you may not have heard that the "official" ok that I got on 1-4-08 to double up was not official at all. It was the maintenance guy that said it was ok.

Well............after talking to the Park Ranger Saturday night, and Betty and Noland talking so great about our group, the Park Ranger talked to the "Top Dog" today.

The Park Ranger called me at 7:45 this evening.

I received the "OFFICIAL" (really this time) OK to double up at the 4th Beavers Bend gathering in 2009. I asked him if I needed anything in writing as it going to be a whole year before we return as a group. He said no they remember us being a great group (Thanks to Betty and Noland) in the past.

They had to decide if our tears were classified as "tents" or "RV's". They have to stick to what is in black and white in regulations.

We will plan to only double up in the pull thru sites. This way no one is blocked in for the weekend. Of course if we fill the pull thru sites and any of you want to double up together then we will get to allow more to attend.

So..........we have room for more friends in 2009
