Oh. That's an easy one.

I was looking at a Queen size air mattress with a 1 1/2" memory foam topper at Wal-Mart for $99.99.
Found it on sale (last one) for $60.00. Just in time for our Beavers Bend trip.
Tried it out at home before putting in teardrop. .... Slept great. It doesn't even feel like an air mattress.
It came with a quilted cover that unzips on 3 sides, put topper on air mattress then put inside quilted cover. Looks and feels like a regular Mattress.

I traded my 95 Mazda B2300 4 banger with 177k miles for a 93 Explorer 6 cyl with 77k miles. Now I have A/C, auto locks and windows. It pulls the TD perfectly. Living in STYLE now. :lol:

Best purchase ---- 1991 Ford Tempo with 73,000 miles. My 30 year old step-son had it sitting in his yard. In his estimation it was ready for the scrap yard. I gave him $400 for it, that I would have probably given him anyway, drove it home, did all the "deferred" maintenance he hadn't done in the 5 years he owned it. Now I drive it over to his house just to rub his nose in it and tell him what a great car it is. :twisted:

Miriam, They throw those shelves out at work all the time. How did you attach them to your tear and what kind of legs did you put on them for support?

Probably not the smartest buy given gas prices...but I love this truck. I bought a 2001 F250 with 37000 miles from my retired neighbor. It's got all the factory tricks...Off Road Package (4:11 with limited slip), Camper Package, Plow ready, tow package, factory fog lights, chrome package...etc. I could put the Teardrop in the back seat of this beast!!

Well let's see, I bought a little Case skid loader for $1500, a '96 Ford F-150 4x4 pickup for $800 in nice shape (not one of my smartest moves either since my Mazda/Explorer got 22mpg and it gets about 16) but I like it better so oh well.

And I just recently bought these two new toys. More than I wanted to pay but they were just tooo cool and loads of fun to play with!!! 8) 8)
