And I thought I was doing good with my pot holders for mud flaps. Great Idea on the door. How's that working out. If you use the magnetic seals might help keep the rain out too.

:thinking: But think about what a great place the door would be for people to leave notes for you - if you weren't in the campsite for some reason. Put one of those magic markers that you can wipe away on the hinge and everybody could leave you notes!

Love the idea. It made me go looking at diff fridge door designs...

Imagine this on a vintage styled tear, all hardware included.

The freezer door could be a drawer that sits under the edge of the tear to hold your shoes when you climb in so they dont get wet from the dew and you dont have to smell your feet all night.

Wimperdink, I love the idea. Of course don't get one from a good working unit, that would be a shame. I love the old style apliances. I saw a green one in a magazine this week and it crossed my my also :? Theres no hope in saving me and I'm trying to take as many with me as I can. :D
