Other: I wired a marine battery to power reading lights and a vent fan.

I used a six-pin connection to the tow vehicle to allow the battery to be charged while towing. I used six-pin rather than five in case I ever wanted to tow something with brakes. As of now, the brake connection on the tow vehicle is unused.

We had a marine battery with 2 12V outlets. I bought a small inverter for inside, one for outside, plugged them into the 12V sockets and voila. Done.

I have a Deep Cycle Battery. a fan, an interior light, a gally light and a lift mechanism for the gally hatch. All fused and a 7 prong plug to charge the battery as you go down the road. The only reason I fused each item is because I had fuse slots, If ya got'em, use'm

Little Guys don't have any wires. Three push on lights with AA battery power. We are still reading the electrical section and getting our thoughts together on how and what we want in it.

12 V lights in cabin, outside and in galley. Also got a fan. Solar box on front keeps the batt topped up. Keyed master disconnect. No AC. For AC I'll bring an extension cord and a power strip.

I have a basic wiring setup. 12v for lights and vent fan, 115v for tv, a/c, charging cell phone, etc. All 115v is available through 2 power strips which have had plugs cut off, are wired together behind a panel and exit sidewall to shore power. The power strip on the left side is flush mounted, the second one is just above the a/c unit and barely visible.

I do have a small inverter used only for coffee grinder (so far).

I've posted this pic before, but since the service is free, I'll put it here as well. Also, I use a small solar panel set on the ground to keep battery topped off.... seems to work well....
