Hello to all! My name is Bill Reiman and reside in Indianapolis. I have had Kuffle Creek plans for 2 years now and can't seem to get started. I would love to drive down to Brown County and meet as many as possible. Didn't see a schedule but what time either Friday or Saturday would be the best time to meet most and view the TDs?

Welcome Bill, we've got no real schedule to speak of so the best time to meet everyone would be hard to say as people will be in and out playing in the park and seeing the sights. I'd say the most likely time to catch most around there Tears would probably be 4-6am Saturday
Just Kidding 4-6pm Sat as most like myself will probably be at there sites cooking and getting ready for the pitch-in at 6 on Saturday.
Look forward to meeting you, and be careful once you see them all you'll be hooked and building in no time.

WLFI channel 13 is probably getting real tired of me but they were asking this AM how the high gas prices have affected our lives so I told them.
We are just seeing indiana and our camper has shrunk. Attached pictures of Chubby and Begged like a dog to have them come down and bring their cameras. Promised to feed them Sat at the pot luck dinner. Thought bribary might work. So set a few extra places and cross your fingers so far the 8 - 10 E-Mails I have sent have had no response.

Any body in the Columbus area ? See if you can contact the Columbus Republic newspaper they might respond . I have been unable to get an E-Mail thru to them.

If you'd like I can prove that I'm pretty good at photoshop

Hey my lights are working. All but the running lights and hey I don't really need them in the daylight only the turn brake and flashers.

Trim around my doors tonight, pack tomorrow and this will be the earliest I've ever been ready. :D

Weather update! This morning Intellicast was forcasting thunderstorms for Saturday. As of 3 p.m. they are now calling for sun and partly cloudy. I wonder how many more times they will change their minds.

I haven't checked my lights this year. After listening to you guys I wonder.

Jim, I'm totally on top of it.

My forecast is either rain or not. I should have a 50% chance of getting right.

That's better than the weather guys.

Is that like saying there is a 50% chance of rain? The same I suppose could be said for snow. Saturday there is a 50% chance of snow, it may snow, then again it may not. I have been snowed upon while camping in May. But it won't happen this weekend. Kurt simply will not allow it.

I want to pack tomorrow but Cindi has my truck as her car is in the shop. Can't even check my lights. Well I hope to be down there by 2 p.m. check in time.

That's for sure at least you make a prediction and stick with it

I forecast a great weekend anyway you look at it.

And Bob I was there before dusk last time, not much but I was.
Hey and dusk is 5pm in January and 8:30ish now so I stand a real good chance of making it.

Besides I've got to be there before dark with no running lights

Look I did a map so the wife can find her way into the park at 1am when she gets off work. If anyones up about that time and sees a lady driving around looking lost it's my wife just direct her my way.

Hey all,

I am getting excited just reading the posts. I have a 10' X 20' shelter that I could bring if enough folks think it may be of use. The only thing is that I will need help setting it up. We can set it up in a central location for best utilization. Just a thought.

The Deepest spot in Lake Superior, the largest of the Great Lakes is 1,333 feet or about 222 fathoms. This profound depth could easily contain the entire 1,250' Empire State Building, even with a 50-foot-tall King Kong perched atop.
