The pictures really don't do justice. It is 90% complete and usable as is. It has a futon mattress as the main mattress and a second area that fits a toddler sized mattress, or it doubles as a storage shelf. The shelf folds down and allows the futon mattress to become a couch. I am only asking $850.00 (the cost of materials that I have into it). Any questions please e-mail me. I can help with the pictures issue. You can post them in photobucket and tell it to size them for you. Mostly reading and clicking to set them up. Next you right click on IMG code and copy. Come to the post and paste.
